Press Tour (Part Six): PTX Fan Family Interview & Wrap-Up

PTXing Fan Family Live Interview

The PTXing interview with Sabrina Molina and Sarah Beth Boss was pure fun from start to finish. As longtime Pentatonix super fans and fan club admins, they came prepared with a mix of questions from the fanbase and their own. Because we’ve known them for years, they didn’t hold back.

They asked things like, “Was there anything you left out of your book that you’re kicking yourself for now?” and “Were you and Rick always parenting in harmony, or did you ever need a quick huddle to avoid a family feud?” I assured them that Rick and I were the ultimate parenting tag team, raising the kids like a well-rehearsed duet.

We also talked about the role of faith in our story, the highs and lows of being part of the Pentatonix fandom, and even how I would react if I had VIP access to my celebrity crushes. My answer? I’d probably be a giggling mess, judging by the time I sat next to Gary Sinise and his son at an awards show.

One of my favorite moments was talking about Scott’s coming out in the “Imagine” video. He has always said that being authentic was the key to finding real love, and fittingly, he met Mark the very day that video was filmed.

Unfortunately, due to technical difficulties, I wasn’t able to post this fan interview on my website. But it was a wonderful, energetic conversation that reminded me how much love and support Scott has from his fans.
